Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of greenturn.eco and the products and refill services offered by Green Turn ("we," "us"), a local family business based in The Woodlands, Texas. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Service area
Green Turn currently delivers and offers refill pickup in The Woodlands, TX and surrounding neighborhoods. If your address is outside our regular area, contact us at operations@greenturn.eco and we'll see what we can do.
3. Orders and payment
- All prices are in USD and listed on the site.
- Payment is processed securely by Square. We accept credit and debit cards. Wire transfer and Zelle are accepted for select orders by arrangement.
- An order is confirmed only when Square issues a successful payment receipt and we send a follow-up confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, address outside our service area, items out of stock). In any cancellation, we issue a full refund.
4. Delivery and pickup
- Home delivery: $5.00 flat fee. Standard window: within 1–3 business days of order confirmation; we'll email you to schedule the exact window.
- Local pickup spots: $2.50 fee. Available locations are confirmed by email after order.
- We don't currently ship outside our local service area.
- If no one is home and we cannot leave the package safely, we'll reschedule and contact you.
5. Refills
- Refills are scheduled through our online form or by email/phone.
- Bottles must be clean and dry to be refilled. We reserve the right to decline a container that is contaminated, broken, or unsuitable.
- Refill Your Way: when you bring your own container, the final price is determined by the actual ounces dispensed at the refill, weighed at our station. Posted per-ounce rates apply.
- For custom containers, we cannot guarantee fit on every dispenser; we'll do our best.
6. Refunds and returns
We want you happy. If something is wrong with your order:
- Damaged or incorrect items — let us know within 7 days. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund of that item.
- Unopened products — returnable within 14 days for a full refund. Buyer covers return delivery; we can pick up locally for a flat $5 fee.
- Opened products — for safety and hygiene, opened personal care or refilled containers are non-returnable, except in cases of defect.
- Refill services — once a refill is dispensed, it cannot be returned. If there's a quality issue, we'll resolve it case by case.
To start a refund, email operations@greenturn.eco with your order number and a brief description.
7. Product use and safety
- Our products are made with plant-based, biodegradable ingredients formulated by a responsible manufacturer (Pure & Gentle Soap, Inc.).
- They're labeled for typical household use. Always read the label before use.
- Although hypoallergenic and free from common irritants, individual sensitivities exist. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
- Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eye contact. Do not ingest.
8. Acceptable use
When using greenturn.eco you agree not to: attempt to disrupt the site or its hosting, attempt to access any data not yours, place fraudulent orders, resell our products without authorization, or use the site in violation of any law.
9. Intellectual property
The Green Turn name, logo, brand identity, photography, and copy on this site are owned by Green Turn. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Manufacturer information and product descriptions referenced from Pure & Gentle Soap are used by arrangement and remain their respective property.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and our products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Turn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the related order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
